This 2-hour yin yoga practice will examine how the Earth element affects the personality. Students will also explore the relationship between anxiety, overthinking and life satisfaction and the interrelationship to digestion during the class. The Dai channel in particular is a reservoir for our most deeply held emotions and memories, and this practice will aim to ground and stabilize the mind-body as we move towards fall.
Attend this workshop to learn more about how to gain and retain the courage to speak with presence in a large group of people, or in a private conversation. Clarify your intention through the voice, learn techniques and approaches to speak free of strain, maintain the health of your voice and breath channel, and build your command of the room. Includes a brief introduction to spoken mantra as a vocal tool.

The postures, through their targeted meridians will allow students to explore what it means to let go, as well as how we view the world and ourselves and how this is connected to our ability to be in the present moment.
