Amy attended her first yoga class in 2008 hoping to regain lost strength and flexibility after an injury. Class after class, she quickly discovered benefits which extended beyond her physical recovery. More than anything, it was the new-found breath and body relationship which fostered a day-to-day presence and connection, that kept her coming back.
In 2014 Amy completed her first Moksha training in Montreal, and has been teaching in Toronto ever since. In class, Amy teaches with a focus on self-inquiry and discovery. By nurturing mindful breath and movement – she encourages students to get curious, and to be excited in their practice.
