I was introduced to yoga by my mother. As a child I would practice alongside her on the living room floor in the early morning hours. As I grew older, I cultivated a home practice of my own. At 19 I finally took my first lead class. In 2001 I found hot yoga with Ted Grand and Jess Robertson, and was amazed at the sense of peace I experienced after just one sweaty class – I knew then that this was a love of my life.

I completed my Moksha teacher training in 2008, which marked the start of my journey towards living an authentic, fully self-expressed and inspired life.

Yoga is a personal journey that takes you into the depths of your soul and beyond the borders of your own skin. I am eternally grateful to have this practice in my life, and aim to guide each student down their unique yogic path with every breath.
