Stephanie Mills

Stephanie is a student of the breath. She got on her mat for the first time to get a good sweat. She found a healing flow and rinse that infused her with joy and peace. She believes that yoga is about finding our way back to center again, and again, and again with grace. She has learned and now teaches others to really listen and enjoy the “in between” moments. She is dedicated to creating a space for students to feel challenged, cared for and connected in a healthy way on + off the mat.  Stephanie’s yoga journey has led her to collaborating with with good people doing good things.

As a grounded gypsy, she enjoys leading international getaways and rural retreats. She shares her joy for yoga by hosting prana parties, where people come together to celebrate the power of breath, music and community. She loves the foundation of Moksha and the expression of Flow. Her classes are balanced with nourishment and fun.
