What People Are Saying

darryn What advice would you give to someone just starting out with a Moksha practice? Hydrate before hand. Don’t panic. Give it time. Don’t be afraid of the 30 Day Challenge. Give it a shot, even if you don’t make it all 30 days. Take savasana, as fast as you can. Put some effort into it, and you’ll get back something that’ll be particular to you, but you have to figure out what that is yourself. Darryn
