Ross Edmunds will lead participants through a gentle series of Restorative yoga postures (supported with props) and apply Thai massage techniques such as accupressure along (sen) the body’s energy lines. lines in letting go of tension and finding their inner peace. The grounded, passive poses and the healing touch of massage work together to reduce stress and tension. returning the body and mind to a peaceful, relaxed and balanced state.
